We are looking to appoint a Playworker for ASC, to work in our After School Club for the duration of this academic year ending 31st August 2025.  Start Date 6th Janaury 2025.

Pay and Grade: Grade 4

Working hours

12.5hrs in After School Club (3.15pm - 5.45pm) + 5 hours per week in Breakfast Club (7.45pm-8.45pm) Mondays-Fridays, term time only.

Extended Schools Co-Managers, Anne Addison and Helen Pitt / DHT Elaine Li-Koo/ HT Andrew Markham

Main Areas of Responsibility

  • To ensure that all safeguarding policies are followed and report any concerns to managers.
  • To ensure that the schools behaviour policy is followed 
  • To support the children with their play and facilitate play when needed.

The post holder will perform any other duties appropriate to the delivery of extended services, which, at times, may require the need to be flexible in terms of working hours.  Other reasonable similar duties may be allocated from time to time.
